Overview: This is a very nice management area at the rear of the beautiful campus of Berry College.  It is easily accessed on paved roads and is very near the city of Rome.  There are plentiful deer that can be seen even roaming through the college campus.  Berry is a great place to take first time bow hunters, because of the number of deer.  Unfortunately to gun hunt deer at Berry, you must enter for a quota hunt.  The good news is that they draw 1,000 hunters per hunt, and I was drawn the first hunt that I entered.  Hopefully I will have good luck on my gun hunt, and I will do a story on that hunt. You can camp at Berry, but it would be extremely primitive.
